Simpro Cart Tippers – how the range has been adapted for the USA market

After building an international reputation for reliable bin tippers for European wheelie bins, Simpro has released a completely adapted range of tippers specifically for the US market and is excited to be showcasing this with our distributor Solus Group at the Waste Expo in New Orleans next month.

Due to the fundamental differences between waste carts used in the USA and the wheelie bins used in Europe and Oceania, waste handling equipment must be different for North American waste carts.

In North America, Simpro equipment is supplied with a standards-based hitch that will safely lift any ANSI Z245.60-compliant bin – regardless of shape, size or capacity.

Furthermore, because America is a land of diversity, we thought our machines should be able to take a wider range of bins and carts, and be able to be set to tip at different tipping heights – all in the same machine. Simpro have developed a cradle for the Dumpmaster that can easily be configured to take a wide range of bins, from round brute bins, to Waste Carts, to 40 gallon drums, to custom tubs. The illustration below of the Universal Cradle is a key innovation in the US range.

All Dumpmaster and Multi-Tips to the USA are configured as ‘Adjustable Tip Height’ units which ensures that when a waste management or facilities management company purchases a Simpro bin lifter they do so knowing that this unit will suit a wider range of bins and will be the most adaptable bin lifter they can invest in.
