Eurovator

Food-grade hydraulic goods lift.

Eurovator™ provides a safe method of moving hygiene-critical bulk materials between floors

Overview

Eurovator is a food-grade stainless steel goods lift from Simpro, which provides a safe method of moving hygiene-critical bulk materials between floors or production levels.

With full 304-grade steel construction and IP66-rated componentry, the Eurovator is designed for operation in food production environments, and can withstand regular washdowns with harsh cleaning chemicals. The accessible design permits rapid sterilisation, and a certified electronic interlock system ensures personnel safety when cleaning internal spaces such as the elevator shaft.

Like all Simpro products, the Eurovator features a very flexible design. Access stations can be fitted to the front and/or rear of the machine at any level up to ten metres. Various standard models are available with capacities of up to 600kg and car sizes up to 1500mm x 1500mm. And because the elevator needs no floor pit or other building alterations, installation typically takes less than 60 minutes and does not require a building consent. This minimises production downtime and makes the Eurovator very cost-effective.

The Eurovator can transform your hygiene-critical production workflow – minimising contamination hazards, driving productivity up, and workplace injuries down.

Eurovator is a removable appliance which does not form part of the structure of the building. In most jurisdictions, the installation of such appliances does not require local authority consent.

Eurovator complies with AS1735.4 and NZS4332, and uses Cat3 architecture to achieve Safety Performance Level ‘d’ as defined by ISO13849 and AS/NZS4024, but is not certified to carry personnel or livestock.
