Hylifta™
Cost-effective industrial goods lift.
Overview
Hylifta is a cost-effective materials handling elevator from Simpro, designed to provide a fast, safe and reliable method of transferring bulk goods or product batches across production levels.
Based on tried and tested Dumpmaster technology, Hylifta was designed for flexibility from the start. The electronic management system allows access stations to be fitted to the front and/or rear of the lift, at any level up to ten metres. Various models are available with safe working loads of up to 600kg, and car sizes up to 1500mm x 1500mm.
Because the Hylifta can be fitted with wheels and needs no floor pit or other building alterations, installation typically take as little as 60 minutes and does not require a building consent. This minimises production downtime and makes the lift very cost-effective.
Like all Simpro products, Hylifta is designed to be maintenance-free and extremely reliable. It can transform your production workflow, saving valuable time and effort while reducing workplace injuries.
Hylifta is a removable appliance which does not form part of the structure of the building. In most jurisdictions, the installation of such appliances does not require local authority consent.
Hylifta complies with AS1735.4 and NZS4332, and uses Cat3 architecture to achieve Safety Performance Level ‘d’ as defined by ISO13849 and AS/NZS4024, but is not certified to carry personnel or livestock.
Features
From design phase to installation the process was made pretty simple by the guys at Simpro. Even a problem with the PLC in the first weeks of use was sorted out over the phone with a few photographs which I thought pretty professional.
The elevator has proved a huge asset to our process.
