Simpro is pleased to introduce EurOver—our new range of stainless steel column-lift bin tippers. These machines are perfect for food production areas, with a simple, design and minimal maintenance requirements
EurOver tippers are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel, with certified food-grade quality welding and componentry. They are designed for easy cleaning, with a highly accessible single-mast design and stainless steel covers to all components.
The EurOver employs a vertical worm-drive mechanism, which can safely lift bins weighing up to 300kg. This allows for an adjustable tip height, with various models tipping in ranges between 1.5m and 2.5m.
The EurOver quick-hitch retaining system allows bins to be secured simply by rolling them into place, with no clamping required. At the end of the tipping cycle, a foot catch allows the bins to be instantly released. The system is compatible with a range of international standard EuroBins and food trolleys, also available from Simpro.
Like all Simpro products, EurOver is designed to be extremely reliable and virtually maintenance-free.
Options and Accessories
Simpro offers a range of high-quality stainless steel EuroBins designed to operate with the EurOver, in sizes from 120 litres up to 600 litres. For more information see our EuroBin page.
Simpro also offers a mobile base unit for the EurOver, which is fitted with four large braked castors and two guard rails for operator safety. The unit is manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel.
